Service and Maintenance Contracts
We have 4 levels of gate servicing and maintenance agreements available, each tailored to meet your budget and individual requirements. Our maintenance agreement customers have priority over non-contracted customers.
Gate maintenance includes checking the function of the operators, wiring, sensors and loops, batteries, and controls. It also includes fluids and lubricants as needed based on the gate type. Camera maintenance includes cleaning the lenses of debris and webs and ensuring the system is recording footage.
The Following are not included:
- Vandalism
- Cosmetic damage
- Neglect
- Severe weather conditions
- Impact damage
